Just 30 minutes from Gothenburg lies this private paradise on a large natural plot of 345,600 sqm of both water and forest. On the property there is a charming log cabin from 1936 with 3-4 bedrooms, a substantial sauna building out in the water, a garage/storage shed as well as three very useful guest cottages. The cabin currently has 8 sleeping places and the three guest cottages have a further 8 sleeping places. Here you live completely undisturbed with no close neighbours. A long jetty in the lake offers fantastic swimming opportunities. Several rowing boats are included. For those interested in fishing, the lake offers, for example, perch, pike, roach and vendace. Excellent crayfish fishing is also on offer. For those interested in hunting there is, among other things, roe deer, hare, wild boar and birds.
