Here we live in an attractive area close to the sea and the city, in a bright gable-end two-room apartment at the very top of the building! Our apartment has fine original details from the year of construction and is well laid out with generous social spaces in two rooms, a large kitchen with dining area, a spacious bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. The hallway is bright and offers plenty of storage in two built-in wardrobes, and the kitchen has been modernly updated with plenty of workspace and integrated appliances. The living room offers space for both a sofa group and a dining area for those who wish, and from here we reach our lovely balcony in the best south-west position. Out here we like to spend our time during the somewhat warmer months of the year, with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in hand - and in the bedroom we easily furnish with a double bed.

The association has a shared laundry room and a gathering room that accommodates approx. 20 people and is free for the association's members to use. The association also has a lovely shared inner courtyard with a barbecue area, an eco-house and outdoor furniture.
