When winter comes, swimwear is swapped for skates, ice-fishing rods and a wood stove that spreads warmth after cold days outdoors. Here you will find a place to return to in any season! Here you are welcomed by a spacious home of 5 rooms and a kitchen. On the entrance level there is a bright and rustic kitchen with space for both cooking and socialising, a completely newly renovated bathroom as well as a hallway that was completed in March 2026, a bedroom and a living room with an open fireplace. From the living room you reach the terrace, where you can glimpse Lake Viken among the trees and the occasional roe deer coming to visit. One floor up you are met by a spacious lounge with a sleeping alcove, perfect for guests and children's play, as well as a larger bedroom. Outside awaits a lovely and large garden plot with space for summer barbecue evenings, lazy days in the hammock and good opportunities for growing. On the plot there is also a shed that houses garden furniture, a lawnmower and other storage. Undenäs is a charming village close to both Tiveden National Park and Karlsborg Fortress. Here you will find fine hiking trails, cycle paths, mushroom forests and nature-based activities all year round. Lake Viken is a popular lake with good bathing spots for families with children and plenty of fish species such as zander, perch and pike! A mooring can be rented near the property. In Undenäs there is ICA Nära Lanthandel, a village shop with a post office, as well as a petrol station. The nearest larger town is Karlsborg (approx. 20 minutes by car), and Töreboda (with a direct train connection to Gothenburg/Stockholm) can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.
