Welcome to Björkudden 24 – a charming and spacious summer house with year-round living standard, located on the sought-after Blidö in the heart of the Roslagen archipelago. Here you get a harmonious combination of natural tranquillity, generous spaces and proximity to salty swims – perfect for both summer idyll and year-round living.

The heart of the house is the large, social and well-planned kitchen. Here there is plenty of workspace and storage, and the dining area accommodates a larger party – perfect for long dinners and family gatherings.

The living room invites socialising and relaxation, with a beautiful tiled stove that provides both warmth and character during the colder days of the year.

There are four spacious and good bedrooms, one of which can also be converted into two, making it ideal for the big family or for welcoming guests.

From the entrance and master bedroom you reach the cosy terrace, surrounded by greenery and with an excellent sunny position – here you enjoy your morning coffee or the evening sun in peaceful surroundings.

Here you now also have a larder with an ideal temperature for storing food and drink. A perfect combination of function and charm, ready to become the home's culinary heart all year round.

The plot is large and varied, with both open lawns for play and games as well as cultivation opportunities for the gardening enthusiast.

The location is excellent, with walking distance to fine swimming spots, boat jetties with the possibility of renting a mooring, and beautiful archipelago nature. Blidö is a summer paradise offering everything from cosy restaurants to a wonderful life in nature. There are also fine hiking trails and walking paths on the island. For the sporty, archipelago padel is available on Blidö, where they also organise summer camps for children and young people. There is also a restaurant in the form of ”Skärgårdsluckan” as well as adventure golf. With proximity to Ica, practically everything you need is close at hand.

From Stämmarsunds brygga jetty nearby, the Waxholmsbåt Sjögull operates, taking you to and from Strömkajen and further out into the archipelago. Waxholmsbolaget serves both Yxlan and Blidö, Bergshyddan, and at Glyxnäs on Blidö you can make excursions, e.g. with the steamship Blidösund to Norröra, where Saltkråkan was filmed. At Stämmarsund there is also Blidö Brygga and Bistro for food and accommodation, and on the mainland there is Furusunds Värdshus, which has a large selection of archipelago food and accommodation.

Bedroom with space for a double bed and any other desired furnishing, as well as storage in several wardrobes. Access to the terrace at the back of the house. Wooden floor and painted walls.

Bathroom

Spacious bathroom with tiled floor and tiled walls. Washbasin with vanity unit and mirror with lighting above, shower corner and bathtub.

Laundry room

Large laundry room with plenty of storage and space to hang laundry. Work bench with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Groventré. Boiler room adjoining with a wood-fired boiler and space to store firewood.

Kitchen/Dining area

Large and well-planned kitchen with plenty of storage in both upper and lower cabinets as well as large work surfaces. There is also a fine and fully functional wood-burning stove with oven. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob with extractor fan and dishwasher. Wooden floor and painted walls. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the dining area with space for the large party.

Living room

Social and spacious living room adjacent to the dining area. Here there is space for a sofa group, TV unit and any other desired furnishing. Fine tiled stove for both warmth and added cosiness. Wooden floor and painted walls.
