Here we live in the best location right by the sea, and with Malmö's core and city pulse at a comfortable walking or cycling distance. Our bright two-room apartment offers a well-planned layout with social gathering areas, a kitchen with a spacious dining area, a large bedroom, a recently updated bathroom - and a lovely balcony. We are welcomed into a generous hallway, from which we immediately reach our fully tiled bathroom with its own laundry facilities on the left. Further on, in the kitchen, with its classic light-grey interior, we find plenty of workspace and storage - and dining space for 4-6 people. Adjacent is the bright living room with lovely natural light through windows in two directions and access to the balcony. Here we like to spend most of our time during the somewhat warmer months of the year, with a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. Back in the home, we continue to the large bedroom, with ample storage in free-standing wardrobes.
