Here we live in a quiet and pleasant area with a nice sense of community and an unbeatable proximity to both the sea and the pulse of the city. The staircase, with newer handrails and oak steps, serves as the central point of the house, and from here we reach all of the home's floors. But we start by looking into the kitchen, which is large and smartly designed, with plenty of work surfaces and storage, integrated solutions and a larger dining area from which we can also reach the large outdoor patio via a patio door. Right next to it is the generously sized corner living room, with large window sections, a beautifully leaded original window and plenty of space for both a large sofa group and dining group. Back in the hall, we take the stairs up one floor where we find a large, fully tiled bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, and three spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors out to the home's cosy, elongated balcony.

We continue down to the lower floor and the home's large family room, with an original fireplace and large, sliding window sections that lead us out to the garden and the adjacent conservatory. The entire floor has beautiful marble flooring with underfloor heating, and here there is a separate office/bedroom with storage and a part of the family room that makes a perfect library corner. Yet another flight of stairs down, on the basement level, we find, in addition to a bathroom with a fully tiled shower and a sauna, several rooms with various potential uses such as an extra bedroom, guest room or study.

This is a home with room for the whole family - and in popular Nya Bellevue we live at a comfortable distance from most things, such as grocery stores and services, preschools and schools - and the city centre's wide range of offerings.
