You will find the Roslagsbanan station Frösunda only 4.5 km away, about 5 minutes by car. There is free park-and-ride parking here. The Roslagsbanan takes you to Vallentuna Centrum, Täby, Danderyds sjukhus, Universitetet and Stockholm Östra. At Vallentuna Centrum there are several connecting buses taking you to, among other places, Arninge and Upplands Väsby. From Danderyds sjukhus there is also a connection to the metro's red line.
