The cottage is painted red with white corners and stands in the middle of a green, open lawn in the Ådala allotment area. The compact building is well planned, with an entrance leading directly into a bright and open room where the living room, kitchen and dining/sleeping area are joined together.

The cottage is located about 75 meters from Stångån, providing proximity to both nature and water. The area is practically arranged with close access to toilets, shower rooms and parking, making the stay comfortable and easy.

The living room is airy thanks to windows facing three directions and accommodates a larger seating group that makes the room both social and relaxing. The kitchen is modern, and adjacent to the kitchen there is a dining area with space for a larger table. Part of the kitchen and dining area can be sectioned off to make room for beds. The cottage feels airy, open and bright with pleasant material choices that make the 30 square meters feel larger than they are. Together with the patio at the back of the house and the veranda at the front, there is a sense of having plenty of room to welcome family and friends.
