The cottage is one of the older ones in the area and has existed since the allotment association was founded in the 1940s. Here you live peacefully and tranquilly, far from the road and a bit into the area, surrounded by greenery and lush gardens.

The cottage offers a large and social room with beautiful plank flooring, generous spaces for socialising and the possibility of sleeping arrangements. The many window sections create a lovely influx of light. The separate kitchen offers good work surfaces as well as plenty of storage in both upper and lower cabinets. The toilet is conveniently located in a separate part of the cottage. The cottage also includes a practical pantry with plenty of storage and space for, among other things, a freezer. In the garden there is an own outdoor shower with stone paving right next to the cottage. The area also has a shared shower and sauna in the association's central cottage.

Outside the cottage awaits a true garden idyll. Here there are apple, pear and plum trees together with elderberry, currant and gooseberry bushes that provide an abundant harvest during the season. The garden offers several different seating areas and social spaces, making it easy to find your own favourite spot for the morning coffee, dinner or long summer evenings. The cottage and garden lie in a lovely south-facing position with plenty of sun during the day. At the same time, there are shady and lush spots for the warmer days. Right by the entrance there is also a cosy seating spot, embraced by greenery.
