The price in the listing applies to the plot, the house (excluding the upper floor) as well as a roughly graded plot and gravelled driveway; fine grading is completed by the buyer after taking possession. The buyer pays connection fees such as water and sewer, electricity, fibre etc. The property is sold with a clause requiring an entry into a construction contract with the developer.
