AnVa Industries acquires majority stake in Polymerteknik

AnVa Industries is taking a strategic step by acquiring a majority stake in Polymerteknik AB, a leading Swedish player in polymeric materials and technical applications for bonding, sealing and encapsulation. The acquisition strengthens AnVa's position as a full-service provider within Polymer Solutions and complements the group's existing expertise in rubber, TPE and silicone with advanced technology for adhesive and sealing solutions.

Aros Polymerteknik AB has extensive experience in developing customised solutions for demanding industrial environments. The company offers expertise in bonding (adhesive technology), encapsulation (encapsulating/potting) and dosing of polymeric materials for protection, joining and sealing. Through high technical competence and modern production methods, the company is an established partner to leading industrial companies in Sweden and northern Europe.
