"In Roslagen's embrace on the blossoming isle, where the waves lap against the shore..." This lovely tune is what I always find myself humming when I hear someone call out Björkö. We now have the honour of presenting this fine property at Annedalsvägen 25, standing neat and tidy on just that Björkö. This charming property can be used both as a holiday home or a permanent residence. The luxurious thing about this home is that just a stone's throw away you have the nearest swimming spot and boat mooring. Imagine a warm summer day, you have packed the beach bag and are ready to go. Today you will spend the whole day at the nearby Marumsbadet, which offers an incredible sandy beach. The picnic is packed and the children are full of anticipation. The generous plot is a big playground for the whole family, young and old. In addition, there is a large barn where the current owner has arranged fun gatherings, including live music and their own wedding party. Next time, you get to decide what kind of gathering you want. Björkö's greatest asset is nature. Here you will find everything from large forests, nature reserves, swimming beaches and lovely walking paths. The island has a road connection to the mainland with daily trips to and from Norrtälje, Stockholm and Uppsala. In the summer, the association arranges something they call "Björköhäng", aimed at young people on summer holiday. This year the theme is "Björkö" with music, art, magic, swimming and games. And for you adults, they arrange cultural walks in the local area.
