The shop is located right by the pier in the harbour. The purchase includes the building, located on the property Kåseberga 14:111, owned by Ystad Municipality. A lease agreement with the municipality has been drawn up with the current owner. The municipality will reconsider the lease if another business is to be operated. Residential use is not permitted.
