All materials and colours have been chosen with care, and already in the standard specification the level is high. Lacquered kitchen doors, cabinets and drawers with soft-close and spotlights under the kitchen cabinets as standard. For those who wish, there will be the opportunity to make a number of personal options in the kitchen, such as different doors, handles and stainless steel appliances.

As standard in the bathrooms, there are four colours of floor tiles to choose from and matt or glossy wall tiles. A bathroom vanity unit with two drawers is included as standard. As an option, you can give your bathroom a personal touch by choosing different shower screens, or why not a black ceiling shower. Other optional tiles and ceramics can also be chosen.
