The property is located in Burhultsnäs, approximately four mil (40 km) from Gothenburg, and constitutes a well-maintained, undeveloped forest estate with good accessibility via a good road running through the area. The total area amounts to approximately 95.4 hectares, of which 74.3 hectares constitute productive forest land. The total timber stock amounts to approximately 14 354 m³sk. Of the timber volume, approximately 6 323 m³sk is in felling class G1 and approximately 1 188 m³sk in felling class G2, while approximately 4 679 m³sk is found in felling classes S1 and S2, which means that the property contains significant volumes of forest ready for final felling. The property's average site productivity is calculated at 8.2 m³sk per hectare and year.
